I just installed the game again and it showed in english. I had this problem too that it launched in japanese when I moved the files to another directory and I was experimenting to find solutions to the controller problem. You see that's the problem, the exe is not japanese, it's a problem with the game itself. Maybe u r right,forgive me.but how edit reg files to change language? I tred modify regedit if i running the game and the language to be default english. My game's default language is english and your oni3_ws.exe's default language is japanese,so that error.i tred.
